MENUMENU

Interview and Submission information

For both the Pennsylvania Rock Show and Build the Scene Radio

The interview process: We do most of our interviews using Skype. You have 2 options on your end, you can install it on your smart phone or use it on a computer. If you are going to use it on a computer, we request that you run it through a mixer and have a professional microphone and headphones at your disposal. You can find directions on how to set the mixer up to use skype here.

We also use Zencastr.com. If you choose this option, , we request that you run it through a mixer and have a professional microphone and headphones at your disposal. You can find directions on how to set the mixer up to use skype(Zencastr) here.

We prerecord our interviews and edit them before publishing. Our goal is to get about 25-30 minutes of usuable interview in 2 or 3 segments for each 60 minute show. Please be prepared to talk about your band history, upcoming shows, influences, venues, current issues on your local scene, other bands in your scene, etc. For more of an idea of what to expect, listen to some of our past shows.

Lastly, try to keep your language at about a PG-13 level or better.

The music submission process: We do have an agreement that you need to read and sign releasing us to use your music on the show. You can read and agree to it over Here. (This also submits your music to our Build the Scene: Radio
